Safety Measures

safety first
approach

At F&C, we believe that every project begins with a commitment to safety. Before the first stud goes up, our team reviews every detail to ensure a zero-incident worksite. From robust training to daily site inspections, we leave nothing to chance.

our safety culture

  • Zero-Compromise Mindset
Safety trumps schedule. Every crew member has the authority—and the responsibility—to stop work if they spot a hazard.
  • Toolbox Talks & Safety Stand Downs:

Regular Toolbox Talks and Safety Stand Downs are conducted to reinforce safety. Toolbox Talks cover daily safety topics, while Safety Stand Downs are held at the start of new projects or with subcontractors to ensure every worker is fully aware of site-specific safety protocols.

  • Open Communication
We encourage “near-miss” reporting and hold monthly safety huddles so lessons learned on one site immediately benefit the next.

continuous training

  • OSHA-Certified
All field staff complete OSHA 10 (minimum) and specialized OSHA 30 certification for framing and structural work.
  • Ongoing Skill Drills
    Quarterly refresher courses cover:
  • Fall-protection best practices
  • Proper use of scaffolding, ladders & lifts
  • Safe material handling & rigging
  • First-Aid & CPR
We maintain on-site first-aid responders certified by the American Red Cross.
