F&C General Construction is a family-owned wood framing company founded in 2004. Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, we’ve proudly served builders across the Carolinas for over two decades. What began as a small crew has grown into a full-scale framing operation trusted by contractors, developers, and project managers throughout the region.

We specialize in residential and commercial framing — from single-family homes to multifamily developments and light commercial structures. Our team is known for reliable timelines, clean execution, and a hands-on, responsive approach to every job site.

At the heart of our company is a commitment to craftsmanship, safety, and people. Many of our field staff and leadership have been with us for years, and we take pride in doing things the right way — building strong relationships and even stronger structures.

At F&C, our mission goes beyond framing buildings — we believe in framing stronger communities, too.

Over the years, we’ve stepped up to help where it matters most, from rebuilding storm-damaged homes in Asheville to organizing volunteer crews for a local children’s home. With more than 40 volunteers and donated materials, that one-day renovation is still one of our proudest accomplishments.

We’re builders by trade, but also neighbors, helpers, and doers — committed to serving the Carolinas both on and off the jobsite.
